Criminal Justice Services, LLC. is Southest Missouri's premier court ordered client supervision and counseling programs center. We offer private rooms for counseling and comfortable training facilities, professional instructors and classes designed to meet your needs.

Classes and evaluations are held throughout the week so call today to set up a class or to meet with one of our counselors.

Anger Management   (call for available dates)
12 hours - 6 weeks with two hour sessions on Tuesday nights
$120 (per person)
 

 

Driving Improvement Program (DIP) (call for available dates)

8 hour classroom course - $55 

  • AAA Approved Driving School 
  • Attendance may avoid point assessment on Missouri Driver's License
  • Your insurance company (check with your agent) may give up to 10% discount on auto insurance for completion of this program. 

 

Victim Impact Panel (VIP) (call for available dates)
2 hour course - $35 

 

 

Private Probation Supervision 

  • Client supervision $35 a month 
  • Pre-sentence investigations / SAR $250 
  • Day, evening and Saturday appointments available 


Substance Abuse Traffic Offenders Program
(SATOP
$375 - Evaulation
Missouri law now requires all persons arrested for DWI to complete an assessment screening of their alcohol and substance use related to their driving behavior. 

This screening consists of a Department of Revenue driver's record check, completion of the Missouri Driver Risk Inventory II (DRI-II), and an individualized interview.  The results of the screening determine the appropriate level of SATOP placement for each client.  Once examined, SATOP officials assign the appropriate service(s) for the individual.



Alcohol Detection and Monitoring System - call for details
BI TAD
is a transdermal alcohol detector combined with a radio frequency (RF) monitoring system that provides reliable and effective community-based sanctiosnf or offenders.

This system incorporates innovative technology and dynamic alcohol monitoring capabilities in order to provide corrections agencies with the most comprehensive offender monitoring system in the industry. The system features are as follows: alcohol monitoring and reporting, curfew monitoring and reporting, unit is small and light weight, it is water resistant.

Carrying Concealed Weapon (CCW)
$100
4 hours - classroom
4 hours - firing range
Class is mandatory to get a state permit for authorization to carry a concealed weapon.
